IMAG introduced COOLMaps in 2002 to assist our clients fully understand and utilize process based analysis in the context of our consulting solutions. Today, it has become a cornerstone of our consulting practice. There are two ways to enjoy the benefits of COOLMaps: as part of IMAG’s consulting solutions and as a stand alone software application.

COOL is the analytic and diagnostic tool developed by IMAG that surfaces key risk issues within an organization. These easy to read three-dimensional process flow maps point out areas of risk that may exist horizontally, vertically, and/or are integrated within an organization. They are visualizations of where risk exists.  

COOLMaps Software Version 2.0 is available and can be used (and customized) for any industry or practice area.

Clients constantly ask what COOL stands for. The original name of COOL was “Enterprise Schematic Risk Mapping Solution Tool”. However, IMAG's first client who viewed it exclaimed, “This is so COOL!”. Since then we have received the same reaction from many of our clients, thus we adopted “COOL” as its name.
