Robert Catalano has over 35 years of experience dealing with all aspects of bank operations, business contingency and operational risk. His expertise ranges from handling assignments in the areas of operations and anti-money laundering, to data security, disaster recovery and business continuity.  Since he joined IMAG, Bob has also become an expert in the company's proprietary methodologies for mapping, analyzing and managing reputation risk.

Prior to joining IMAG, Bob held the position of Operations Manager at Bank Julius Baer for ten years.  Before that, he served as the Assistant Operations Manager at National Australia Bank.  His years of involvement in the banking and financial services industry have made Bob a specialist in assisting financial institutions plan, design, write and implement internal control policies and procedures.
