Nick Davide has over 30 years experience working with the top tier financial institutions, such as Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, Bankers Trust, Barclays and Société Générale.   From 1979 to 1986, he worked for Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs in London where he gained in-depth knowledge of the international securities and futures markets.  From 1990-1998, he was Director and Chief Administrative Officer for the Equities area of Barclays Group in New York.  Until 2008 he was then Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer of SG Americas Securities for Société Générale.  Products managed include domestic and international equities, fixed income, as well as futures, options and other structured products with a specialization in wealth management products.  

Nick is expert in planning and developing the internal and outsourced delivery of products across regulated financial institutions.  He has a deep experience in planning and coordinating product and service offerings by and between Financial Advisors, Investment Advisors, Hedge Funds, broker-dealers and global banking institutions.  

Nick holds FINRA licenses including Series 7, 9, 10, 24, 27 and 63 and for the Chicago Board of Option Trade is Floor Broker Qualified.  He is a member of the American Management Association, Futures Industry Association, International Operations Association and the Securities Industry Association.
