Min You

Min You has more than 15 years experience in financial and operational control areas of major global firms; and has extensive project management experience in establishing and implementing internal control programs for major global financial institutions.

Min is the former head of operations at BPD Bank (the US subsidiary of the largest bank in the Dominican Republic) where he managed the entire back office operations including treasury, loans, payments and retail banking.  Min has also been Controller for the US Agency of one of South Korea's largest banks - Woori Bank. He also served as Deputy General Manager of Woori Bank, NY Agency and was responsible for treasury, operational and regulatory risk management. Prior to that, Min was a senior staff consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PWC) and headed various consulting projects including internal control assessments, system analysis and conversions and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining PWC, he was senior internal auditor and later served as the manager of the financial control and planning division of MTB Bank.

Min holds a BS degree in accounting from the University of Binghamton and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
