Les Khan has over 20 years experience as a senior operations and technology manager. His broad range of experience includes managing the key technology integration into operations departments at large financial institutions like Bank of America, Northern Trust, and National Australia Bank. His associated business line verticals include capital markets, foreign exchange and most recently, wealth management.

As the SVP Director of Operations, sent to set up Northern Trust Company’s outsourcing entity in India, he was responsible for the hiring of some 1,700 staff for all departments being established over the last three years. This incorporated the building of an organization structure made up of different levels of management and staff for areas requiring varying skill sets and experience with an ability to be run on a 24 * 7 basis.

As Head of Global Business/Technology Services for National Australia Bank, his challenge was to deliver and manage business and technology partnership in order to meet the challenges of  a changing technology environment and the need to provide fast solutions for the revenue generating businesses.

At BoA, as Manager of Global FX Administration he ran the technology platforms and all associated functions including guiding new product development, project management, and global centralization of trading operations.

Les has had assignments in the US, Australia, Singapore, and Bangalore.
