Larry Candido has over 25 years of operational, legal, and management experience at both large multinational and start-up companies in the financial services and technology sectors, and has had great success in guiding businesses through critical organizational, growth, restructuring, and turnaround periods. 

Larry was a founding member of the project team that launched Eurohypo AG’s U.S. operations, including securing regulatory approvals, establishing infrastructure systems, and coordinating the spinoff of the Dresdner Bank Real Estate Investment Banking Group to Eurohypo.  He also headed the project teams that established Eurohypo’s U.S. securities broker-dealer and two U.S. funding vehicles, and directed the establishment of a borrowing account with the New York Fed Discount Window as well as a Yankee CD Program.    

Larry is an expert in real estate workout and assists in the remediation of the portfolio of  “troubled banks” so that they meet Safety and Soundness requirements.

Larry has an MBA from Wharton, a JD from Hofstra Law School, and a BA from Fairfield University.
